Ingredients
– 2 packs of instant ramen noodles (preferably spicy flavor)
– 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
– 3 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 cups chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, and spinach)
– 2 green onions, chopped
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
– Sesame seeds, for garnish
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced beef and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Cook the Ramen: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat Oils: In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat.
4. Grill the Beef: Once the oil is hot, add the marinated beef to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and nicely browned. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
5. Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the chopped vegetables. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
6. Combine Sauce: Lower the heat and add heavy cream to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Mix well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
7. Combine Everything: Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, and mix everything well, so the noodles are coated with the creamy sauce.
8. Serve: Place the ramen in a bowl, top with grilled beef, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and garnish with chopped green onions.
